The SUMBIN Commercial Grade Mortise Lock Entrance Lock F20 is a high-quality lock designed for commercial use. It features a latchbolt that can be retracted by a knob/lever from either side, unless the outside is locked by a 20° rotation of the thumbturn. The deadbolt can be thrown or retracted by a 90° rotation of the thumbturn. When locked, the key outside or knob/lever inside can retract both the deadbolt and latchbolt simultaneously.

The outside knob/lever remains locked until the thumbturn is restored to a vertical position. Throwing the deadbolt locks the outside knob/lever, while an auxiliary latch deadlocks the latchbolt when the door is closed.
